Dispatch details of the products will vary from product to product and depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 3-8 workings days after it has been dispatched from the vendor. The user will be provided with the shipping details as and when the product is shipped.
The delivery partner will make 3 attempts to deliver, delivery fees will be charged in case of re-delivery.

Shipping Damage:

If you notice any damage to your shipment upon delivery, please contact our customer service team immediately. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement as needed.

REPLACED/ RECTIFY
Skb Enterprises delivery arrangements to your home have been designed to ensure a zero-damage and hassle-free experience. Please contact us immediately if: You received a damaged or defective product, bring it in the notice of delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and report a complaint at customer care at skbentmarketing@gmail.com.damage & defect will be assessed in 72 hours’, and a solution will be provided. If in the opinion of Skb enterprises, the product is broken, it may be rectify/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by SKB Enterprises, to address the issue
